BIO-BAUERNHOF FAMILIE NUSSBAUMER
Our farm is led as a pure meadowland company. We manage our farm
biologically and want to supply the milk of our sheep to the bio dairy Leeb.
Furthermore, we are having hares, cats and a pig too.
We have different fruit-trees in our garden. Whose fruits like apples, pears and plums are processed to juice,
jam and schnapps, which we like to offer you for sales.
From the healthy milk of sheep we produce cream cheese and yoghurt.
The partly bordering forest, which consists of spruces, firs, beeches, maple and other types of tree, belongs
to our agriculture too.
The wood is our environmental-careful energy supplier, because the hot-water processing and heating
function
with wood chips and solar energy.
In the south slope behind the farmhouse is our photovoltaik arrangement .
On this agriculturally a little productive surface we generate therefore our electric energy ourselves.
